Transliteration: khatama Allahu AAala quloobihim wa AAala samAAihim wa AAala absaarihim ghishawatun wa lahum AAathaabun AAatheemun
Translation
Allah has sealed up their hearts and ears and a covering has fallen over their eyes, and they have incurred the severest punishment.
