Transliteration: Waitha nadaytum ila alssalati ittakhathooha huzuwan walaAAiban thalika biannahum qawmun la yaAAqiloona

Translation

When you make a call for the Prayer, they make it an object of jest and sport; this is because they are devoid of understanding.
