Surah 18: 18.86 — Dhul-qarnain - Gog and Magog

Transliteration: Hatta itha balagha maghriba alshshamsi wajadaha taghrubu fee AAaynin hamiatin wawajada AAindaha qawman qulna ya tha alqarnayni imma an tuAAaththiba waimma an tattakhitha feehim husnan

Translation: (to the West and marched on) till he reached the limit where the sun set, and found it setting in black waters, and there he saw a people. We said to him, "O Zul-Qarnain! You have the power to punish them and also the option to treat them generously.”
