Transliteration: Waallatheena istajaboo lirabbihim waaqamoo alssalata waamruhum shoora baynahum wamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoona
Translation: Who obey their Lord, establish the Salat, and conduct their affairs by mutual consultation. Who spend out of what We have given them as sustenance.
