Transliteration: Huwa allathee yusawwirukum fee alarhami kayfa yashao la ilaha illa huwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu

Translation: It is He Who shapes you in the wombs of your mothers as He wills. There is no deity but He, the Al-Mighty, the All-Wise.
