Transliteration: Qala la tathreeba AAalaykumu alyawma yaghfiru Allahu lakum wahuwa arhamu alrrahimeena

Translation: He replied, "Today no penalty shall be inflicted on you. May Allah forgive you! He is the most Merciful of all.
