At-Tauba: 9.93 - The Hypocrites

Translit: Innama alssabeelu AAala allatheena yastathinoonaka wahum aghniyao radoo bian yakoonoo maAAa alkhawalifi watabaAAa Allahu AAala quloobihim fahum la yaAAlamoona
Translation: However, the conduct of those who are well-to-do and still ask for exemption from Jihad, is indeed very objectionable.
