Translation:And it is He, Who created man from water: then from him He caused two kinds of kindred, by blood and by marriage: your Lord is All Powerful.
Translit: Wahuwa allathee khalaqa mina almai basharan fajaAAalahu nasaban wasihran wakana rabbuka qadeeran
