Translation:They have made their oaths as a shield and so they hinder themselves and others from the Way of Allah. Evil indeed are the deeds that they do.
Translit: Ittakhathoo aymanahum junnatan fasaddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi innahum saa ma kanoo yaAAmaloona
