Translation:If you will not march forth, Allah will inflict on you a painful chastisement, and will substitute other people for you, and you will in no way harm Him, for Allah has power over everything.
Translit: Illa tanfiroo yuAAaththibkum AAathaban aleeman wayastabdil qawman ghayrakum wala tadurroohu shayan waAllahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

Translation:You may turn away, if you will; now that I have conveyed to you the Message with which I was sent to you, my Lord .will raise up some other community in your place and you shall not be able to do Him any harm whatsoever. Indeed my Lord keeps watch over everything."
Translit: Fain tawallaw faqad ablaghtukum ma orsiltu bihi ilaykum wayastakhlifu rabbee qawman ghayrakum wala tadurroonahu shayan inna rabbee AAala kulli shayin hafeethun
