|who believe in the Book We have sent down to you (i.e. the Quran) and in the Books sent down before you, and firmly believe in the Hereafter.

|O Believers, the Fast has been made obligatory on you just as it was prescribed for the followers of the Prophets before you. It is expected that this will produce piety in you.

Al-Baqarah | 2:198|
|And there is nothing wrong if you also seek the bounty of your Lord during the pilgrimage. Moreover, when you return from Arafat, stay at Masharil-Haram (Muzdalifah) and remember Allah. And remember Him just as He has enjoined you, for you had gone astray before this.
